iphone service dispatch software WITH GPS

1. inbound call to iphone allows generation of a work order number.
AFTER CALL ENDS. (USER SELECTS YES OR NO )2. outbound call allows user to select an existing work order number to SEND TO TECHNICIAN receipient.
3.data base will show location of customer using inbound phone number ASSOCIATED WITH AN ADDRESS IN DB, and program will look for technician who is closest to that location utilizing gps technology OF TECHNICIANS CELL PHONE and dispatcher will be asked by program if the work order will be sent to nearest technician , if not list of technicians phone numbers will allow dispatcher to pick FROM THE LIST who will receive the work order, and make SEND A text msg with work order number TO DESIGNATED TECHNICIAN..

Dispatcher can cancel the assignment of job work order and re assign to another.

Technician can text dispatcher DB when he arrives and when job is complete BY ENTERING WORK ORDER NUMBER, THEN DATE AND TIME WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NUMBER IN DB.
